DG MARE representative will present the EC Delegated Act on the functioning of the ACs published on 9 October, which will come into effect on 10 December 2014, if the EP and the Council will not raise objections.

Therefore, we will discuss the amendments to the Statutes, Internal Regulations and the Rules of Procedure of the Working Groups.
